IAS officer Pranabjyoti Nath has been selected to be empanelled as Joint Secretary or an equivalent position within the central government structure. Mr. Nath is an IAS officer of 2005 batch and Kerala cadre, and is presently posted as Secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Kerala.
He has now opted for central deputation. After which, the Department of Personnel and Training issued an order on Tuesday, confirming Mr. Nath’s empanelment subsequent to receiving approval from the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
