IAS officer Shinde Deepak Arjun has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Jairam Gadkari. His appointment has been approved by the central government under the Central Staffing Scheme.
Mr. Arjun is a 2012-batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre and his appointment on the post will be for four years on co-terminus basis with the Minister. The officer has earlier served as Deputy Secretary, Union home Ministry.
