Jorhat: Assam, April 25: Three Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers from the Assam-Meghalaya 2024 batch have been posted to various districts for their District Training following the successful completion of Phase-I of the IAS Professional Course at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie.
- Tejas Agnihotri has been appointed as Assistant Commissioner (AC) in Nagaon for District Training.
- Unhale Ashish Vidhyadhar has been posted as Assistant Commissioner in Cachar.
- Sindhu N Raghavan has been assigned as Assistant Commissioner in Jorhat.
As part of the standard training procedure, newly inducted IAS officers undergo district training under a senior mentor to gain firsthand experience in administration and governance.
These postings mark a significant step in the training of these officers as they gain hands-on experience in the administration and governance of these key districts in Assam.
