In a recent administrative reshuffle, Mr Vikeyie Kenya, an IAS officer of 2019 batch officer, has been officially relieved of his duties as the Home Commissioner of Nagaland.
Mr Kenya, who has also served as the Commissioner & Secretary of the Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services (AH&VS) Department, will now transition from his role overseeing home affairs in the state. The decision marks a significant shift in the state’s administrative landscape as it seeks new leadership for the Home Department.
