IFS Dr R Gopinath’s Deputation Tenure Extended For One Year

The deputation tenure of 2008 batch IFS officer Dr R Gopinath of AGMUT cadre as Deputy Secretary, All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), New Delhi has been extended for one year.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (12.03.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Gopinath for a period of one year from 05.03.2024 and upto 04.03.2025 (i.e. a total tenure of 7 years outside the cadre at a stretch) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
