The highly anticipated IFS training course titled “Capacity-Building for Declaration of UNESCO World Heritage Site” in Mangaluru commenced from yesterday. The inaugural session saw esteemed speakers including Suresh Kumar, Nehru Prabakaran, Niraj Kakati, and Anuranjan Roy, who shed light on the paramount significance of the World Heritage Convention in safeguarding our natural heritage.
Throughout the event, participants were enlightened about the crucial role played by UNESCO’s World Heritage Convention in preserving and promoting sites of outstanding universal value across the globe.
