New Delhi: The central deputation tenure of Pradeep Singh (IFoS: 2005:GJ) as Director in the Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation has been extended for an additional two years.
As per an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal to extend his tenure beyond the original end date of February 9, 2025. The extension will remain in effect until February 9, 2027, or until further orders, whichever comes first.
This extension reflects the confidence placed in Singh’s leadership and contributions to the department, which plays a crucial role in providing safe drinking water and sanitation services across the country.
