The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has officially announced the transfer of Suneesh Buxy, an Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer from the AGMUT cadre, from Delhi to the Jammu and Kashmir segment of the AGMUT cadre.
Suneesh Buxy, who is a 1998 batch officer, was previously assigned to the Arunachal Pradesh sector. He has now been instructed to assume his new responsibilities immediately and submit a joining report to the Ministry.
This transfer reflects the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to manage and allocate resources effectively within the IFS and ensure that experienced personnel are in place to address regional environmental and forestry challenges.
