Cyclone-IV Joint Exercise 2026: Indian Army Special Forces Travel to Egypt for Advanced Combat Training

New Delhi: The Indian Army Contingent Departs for India–Egypt Joint Special Forces Exercise Cyclone-IV as part of growing defence cooperation between India and Egypt. According to an official release by the Ministry of Defence, the Indian Army team has left for Egypt to participate in this important joint military exercise. 

The training will take place from April 9 to April 17, 2026, at Anshas, Egypt. This exercise is aimed at improving coordination, combat readiness, and joint operational capabilities between the two nations’ elite Special Forces.

What is Cyclone-IV Joint Exercise 2026

Exercise Cyclone-IV is the fourth edition of the joint special forces exercise between India and Egypt.
