Complaints led to an SIT investigation, which confirmed his extensive collusion with Mr. Akhilesh Dubey in creating benami properties. Following the verification of these allegations, Shukla was promptly suspended, and the ongoing investigation aims to recover the misappropriated assets and ensure accountability.
