Two IPS officers have been given additional charges in Madhya Pradesh. After the assembly election results 2023 were declared, the model code of conduct imposed on state ended and the administrative decisions were taken.
The Home Department issued two separate orders on December 5.
2013 batch IPS officer and Commandant 1st Corps SAF Indore, Mr. Suraj Verma, has been given the additional charge of SP Narcotics, Mandsaur.
While 2007 batch IPS officer Krishnaveni Desavatu has been given the additional charge of DIG SAF Gwalior. He was serving as DIG Gwalior Range.
The orders will come into immediate effect.
