Mr. Sunil Phulari, a 2008-batch IPS officer of the Maharashtra cadre and Special Inspector General (IG) for Kolhapur and five other districts, has been conferred the Suryadatta Suryabhushan National Award 2025 for his exemplary leadership in law enforcement and dedicated service to the nation.
