The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the Ministry of Home Affairs’ proposal to grant the Apex Pay Scale (Level-17 in the pay matrix) to Mr. Rajwinder Singh Bhatti, a 1990-batch IPS officer of the Bihar cadre.

Mr. Bhatti, currently serving as the Director General of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), will receive the upgraded pay scale with immediate effect. This recognition underscores his contributions and leadership in the CISF, a key paramilitary force responsible for securing critical infrastructure and industrial establishments across India.
