2008 batch IRS-IT officer Ashok Babu Nelapatla has been selected for appointment as Director in the National River Conservation Directorate for a period of five years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (14.10.2022), Mr. Nelapatla, who was recommended for central deputation by the Department of Revenue, has been appointed to the post for a period of five years under the central staffing scheme from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
