Senthil Nathan S, an IRS (Customs and Central Excise) officer from the 2006 batch, currently serving as Director in the Department of Commerce, has been prematurely sent back to his parent cadre.
As per an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday, December 6, 2024, the repatriation was approved by the competent authority based on a proposal from the Department of Commerce, citing personal reasons.
