The Union government has appointed Mr. Kanse Dhairyashil Vijay (IRS) as the Joint Managing Director (Extension and Business Development) at the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Limited (NAFED).
As per an order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Officer Vijay has been appointed to this Director-level position on deputation for a term of five years, starting from the date he assumes charge, or until further orders, whichever ends earlier.
Mr. Vijay, a 2010-batch Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer, is instructed to be relieved of his current duties immediately and take up his new assignment. He presently serves as an Additional Commissioner of Central Excise, Customs & GST.
