Jharkhand: 9 IAS Officers Transferred, Suman Cathrine Kispotta Appointed as Special Secy, P&AR Dept

Rahul Kumar Sinha (IAS: 2011), also awaiting posting, will take on the role of Director of Mines, with the additional responsibility of Managing Director for the Jharkhand State Mineral Development Corporation Limited (JSMDC).

The Jharkhand government has announced the transfer and posting orders for nine IAS officers, aiming to enhance efficiency and governance across various departments.

2010 batch IAS officer Suman Cathrine Kispotta, previously awaiting posting, has been appointed as Special Secretary in the Personnel, Administrative Reforms, and Rajbhasha Department.

Rahul Kumar Sinha (IAS: 2011), also awaiting posting, will take on the role of Director of Mines, with the additional responsibility of Managing Director for the Jharkhand State Mineral Development Corporation Limited (JSMDC).

Shashi Prakash (IAS: 2011), formerly Director of Social Welfare, has been transferred to serve as Special Secretary in the Revenue, Registration, and Land Reforms Department.

Mrityunjay Kumar Baranwal (IAS: 2013), who was awaiting posting, has been assigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS) and will also serve as the MGNREGA Commissioner.

Shashi Ranjan (IAS: 2013), previously Managing Director of the Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (JADA), has been transferred to become the State Project Director of the Jharkhand Education Project Council (JEPC) (Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan), with additional duties as Director of Mid-Day Meal and Director of the Jharkhand Council of Educational Research and Training (JCERT).

Kiran Kumar Pasi (IAS: 2013), who was serving as Director of Animal Husbandry, has been moved to the role of Director of Social Welfare.

Aditya Ranjan (IAS: 2015), the current State Project Director of JEPC with additional charges as Director of Mid-Day Meal and Director of JCERT, has been reassigned as Director of Animal Husbandry.

Garima Singh (IAS: 2016), awaiting posting, is now Joint Secretary in the Planning & Development Department.

Prerna Dixit (IAS: 2017), previously the District Development Commissioner in Hazaribagh, has been appointed as Managing Director of the Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (JADA).
