Ms. Neelam Lata has been promoted from the Jharkhand State Civil Service to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of the Jharkhand Cadre. She is currently serving as the Joint Secretary in the Department of Cabinet Secretariat and Vigilance (Cabinet Vigilance) in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
