Bengaluru: In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Karnataka State government on Friday issued a notification transferring 10 IAS officers and assigning concurrent charges to two others.
The new postings are as follows:
- Shiva Shankara N. has been appointed as the Managing Director of Bengaluru Electricity Supply Company Ltd (BESCL).
- Mahantesh Bilagi will now serve as the Managing Director of Karnataka State Minerals Corporation Ltd. in Bengaluru.
- Swaroopa T.K. takes charge as the Director of e-Governance at the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department in Bengaluru.
- Jayavibhavaswamy is the new Commissioner for the Department of Public Libraries in Bengaluru.
- Shaikh Tanveer Asif has been appointed Commissioner of Mysuru City Corporation.
- Digvijay Bodke will serve as the Director of IT at the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation, Bengaluru.
- Patil Bhuvanesh Devidas assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat in Dharwad district.
- Anmol Jain is the new Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat, Ramanagara district.
- Shinde Avinash Sanjeevan has been appointed Commissioner of Kalaburagi City Corporation.
- Jubin Mohaptra takes over as Commissioner of Raichur City Corporation.
In addition to these transfers, two officers have been given concurrent responsibilities. The changes are expected to strengthen the administrative functioning across various key sectors in the state.
