IAS officer Moga Kulwant Singh took additional charge as Deputy Commissioner of Ludhiana on 4 December. An IAS officer of 2012 batch, Mr. Singh is currently posted as DC, Moga. He took charge as Ms. Surabhi Malik has gone on leave.
Earlier he had been posted as DC, Tarn Taran and Ferozepur. He has also served in Jalandhar as the Additional DC. On Monday, he reached Ludhiana and took the additional charge. He was welcomed by the entire administration team of the district and had an introductory meeting with the officials of the Ludhiana Administration.
During his interaction with officials, he directed them to act on the execution of pro-people initiatives of the Punjab Government. He also reviewed all the ongoing projects in the district.
