Lucknow: Continuing the wave of administrative reshuffles in Uttar Pradesh, the Revenue Board has transferred 50 Tehsildars across the state, while the State Tax Department has shifted 31 officers, some of whom have been promoted. Additionally, 13 District Home Guard Commandants were also transferred under the annual transfer policy.

The Revenue Board, under the orders of Commissioner and Secretary SBS Ranga Rao, issued a directive for the immediate assumption of charge at new postings by the transferred Tehsildars. Some of the key transfers include:

State Tax Department Transfers & Promotions
The State Tax Department conducted transfers involving 31 officers, coupled with promotions for several. A notable feature of this reshuffle is the transfer of officers who had long tenures in the Special Investigation Branch (SIB).
