Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has appointed Sanjay Guha as the new Head of its Project Management Group (PMG) under Power Sector–Business Group-I (PS-BG-I), Noida. He takes over from Sibaprasad Gangopadhyay, who retired on June 24, 2025.

Brings Over 14 Years of Experience to the Role

Sanjay Guha, currently serving as General Manager & Head (PMG), PSBG-I, will now assume leadership of the entire PMG division in Noida. In his new capacity, he will report directly to the Director (Power), BHEL.

An Electrical Engineering graduate, Mr. Guha joined BHEL on 5 April 2011 and brings with him more than 14 years of hands-on experience in project management and power sector operations.
