He also unveiled the ‘Wash on Wheels’ mobile app, which integrates technology into sanitation services, and emphasized that the remaining 1,750 departmental services will soon be made available online.

“The MP e-Seva portal will bring the entire government to one screen,” Dr. Yadav said.

Two Lakh Government Jobs in the Next Three Years

Highlighting employment generation as a key focus, Dr. Yadav announced that the state government aims to create two lakh government jobs over the next three years.

He informed that ₹30 lakh crore worth of investment proposals were received during the Year of Investment and Employment (2025), with approvals for ₹8.44 lakh crore, expected to create 6 lakh jobs.

He also pointed out that 60,000 government positions have already been filled and cited upcoming projects like the Rail Coach Factory in Raisen district as major employment drivers.

Agriculture, Industry, and Environmental Initiatives

Dr. Yadav reiterated that agriculture remains the backbone of the state’s economy. The River Linking Project, solar irrigation pumps, and technology-driven farming are key elements in boosting farmers’ incomes.

The Chief Minister also announced the development of Omkareshwar Sanctuary, aimed at promoting eco-tourism and biodiversity conservation.

Wildlife-focused tourism activities are being expanded with two tiger reserves and a leopard sanctuary established last year.

National Leaders Laud MP’s Vision

Union Minister Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu praised CM Yadav as “a symbol of public service”, noting that Madhya Pradesh is emerging as a model state in innovation and development.

“The vision document reflects the progress from Om to AI — symbolizing both cultural strength and technological advancement,” he said.

NITI Aayog Vice Chairman Dr. Suman K. Beri lauded Madhya Pradesh’s participatory approach in drafting the Vision Document and called for greater women’s participation in employment and entrepreneurship.

Three Pillars of Development: Happiness, Prosperity, and Good Culture

Chief Secretary Anurag Jain presented the Vision Document, noting that it was prepared with inputs from all districts and panchayats, with guidance from NITI Aayog.

He said the roadmap is built on three key pillars: happiness, prosperity, and good culture.

He further announced plans to develop three AI cities, boost the Make in Madhya Pradesh initiative, and digitally connect 97% of farmers — making MP the top-performing state in farmer registration.

A Vision for 2047: People’s Participation as the Core

Concluding the ceremony, Dr. Yadav emphasized that public participation will be the cornerstone of the state’s journey toward 2047.

“Through their hard work and dedication, the people of Madhya Pradesh will open new doors of prosperity and success,” he said.
