Under the leadership of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the RISE 2025 Conclave to be held in Ratlam on June 27 is set to usher in a transformative era for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in the state. The conclave is expected to serve as a strong testament to the government’s unwavering commitment to entrepreneurship, employment generation, and industrial innovation.
Major Industrial Announcements and Foundation Stones
During the conclave, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will lay the foundation stone for over 35 industrial infrastructure projects, clusters, and departmental buildings, with a total investment exceeding Rs. 350 crore. In a significant boost to the industrial ecosystem, 50 new industrial units involving more than Rs. 1,500 crore in investments will also be launched, which is projected to generate substantial employment for the state’s youth.
Furthermore, land allotment letters and letters of intent will be provided to 500 entrepreneurs, while employment offer letters will be handed over to 500 youth. Under the Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Training Programme, grant amounts will be distributed to over 100 beneficiaries, further advancing skill development initiatives.
Key MoUs with National and Global Giants
The event will witness the signing of important Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with reputed organisations including ONDC, NPCI, and Walmart. These agreements will provide MSMEs in Madhya Pradesh with expanded access to digital payments, global markets, and export opportunities.
Expansion of Industrial Infrastructure
As part of the conclave’s agenda, 8 industrial projects worth Rs. 89.91 crore will be launched across 97.73 hectares of land comprising 596 plots. Additionally, 8 industrial areas spread over 231.53 hectares with 795 plots, developed at a cost of Rs. 152.21 crore, will be inaugurated. Bhoomi Pujan will also take place for 15 industrial clusters developed on private and departmental land with a combined cost of approximately Rs. 105 crore.
Boost to Medium-Scale Units and Employment
The Chief Minister will also inaugurate 32 medium-scale industrial units during the event. These projects account for a proposed capital investment of Rs. 858.74 crore and are expected to create over 2,000 jobs, significantly contributing to local employment.
Departmental Building Inaugurations
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will inaugurate the District Trade and Industry Centre buildings in Niwari, Agar Malwa, and Raisen districts, constructed at a cost of Rs. 4.22 crore, during the conclave.
MSME Exhibition to Highlight Innovation and Diversity
An exhibition featuring products and innovations from over 100 MSME units, start-ups, and self-help groups will be showcased at the venue. This display aims to highlight the rich entrepreneurial spirit and manufacturing capabilities of Madhya Pradesh.
