Mumbai: In a significant career advancement move, the Government has promoted 10 officers from the Maharashtra State Forest Service (SFS) to the prestigious Indian Forest Service (IFS) under the Select List of 2021. All officers have been allocated to the Maharashtra cadre.
The promotion was carried out as part of a regular cadre review and selection process aimed at recognizing meritorious service and fulfilling cadre vacancies in the Indian Forest Service.
