Mumbai: In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Devendra Fadnavis-led Maharashtra government has transferred or promoted 20 senior IAS officers across various key departments and municipal bodies. - M.M. Suryavanshi (IAS, 2010) has been appointed Municipal Commissioner, Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation, replacing Anil Kumar Pawar, who now heads MMRSRA, Thane.
- Deepa Mudhol-Munde (IAS, 2011) moves from PMPML to become Social Welfare Commissioner, Pune.
- Nilesh Gatne (IAS, 2012) takes charge as MD, Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation, Mumbai, replacing Suryavanshi.
