Senior IAS officer Manoj Kumar Singh was appointed as the Chairman of Noida Authority on Monday. An IAS of 1988 batch and UP cadre Mr. Singh already has additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayati Raj. Mr. Singh will also hold the charge of Horticulture and Food Processing and Agriculture Production Commissioner (APC). Before this he was serving as the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner (IIDC).
