Jaipur: The Rajasthan government has issued transfer and posting orders for 12 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers late on July 19. While two officers from the 2022 batch have been transferred, ten officers of the 2023 batch have received their first official postings as Sub-Divisional Magistrates (SDMs) across the state after completing their training.
These fresh appointments are part of the initial reshuffle, and a more comprehensive list of IAS transfers is expected in the coming days.
Two IAS Officers Transferred
- Yasharth Shekhar (2022 batch): Transferred from Alwar, now posted as SDM Barmer.
- Sonika Kumari (2022 batch): Transferred from Girwa (Udaipur), appointed as CEO of Udaipur Smart City.
