Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reaffirmed the state government’s unwavering support to farmers, assuring that every farmer affected by natural calamities will receive relief and assistance. Emphasizing inclusive development, Dr. Yadav announced that every farm in the region has been thoroughly surveyed to ensure targeted aid. Soybean farmers, in particular, will benefit under the Bhavantar Yojana scheme, which aims to stabilize income by compensating price differences.
Mohan Yadav ₹133.80 crore development plan: Inaugurated in Unhel Region
During a grand ceremony, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav performed the groundbreaking and inauguration of multiple infrastructure projects totaling ₹133.80 crore. The centerpiece is the construction of a 23-kilometer two-lane road from Ingoria to Unhel, costing ₹127.63 crore, which promises to enhance connectivity and boost economic activities in the region.
Other projects include:
·Construction of a new Municipal Council office building (₹1.26 crore)
·Development of the Chidi to Ravadia road (₹2.17 crore)
·Inauguration of the Karnavad power substation (₹2.74 crore)
These projects are expected to accelerate the overall growth of the Unhel area and improve quality of life for residents.
Announcements for Enhanced Healthcare and Industrial Support in Unhel
Dr. Yadav also revealed plans to upgrade the Unhel Primary Health Center to a Community Health Center, ensuring better medical facilities for locals. Additionally, infrastructure developments such as the construction of a bridge connecting Narayan Dham on Ramgarh Biharia Road and a new rest house in Unhel were announced.

The government further committed support for local tamarind and mawa industries, aiming to promote business growth and employment opportunities in these sectors.
Bhavantar Yojana & Relief Funds: A Boon for Farmers
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav highlighted the success of the Bhavantar Yojana, which benefits farmers by providing price compensation directly at their homes. The state is actively disbursing relief funds to farmers affected by natural disasters, based on reports from district collectors. Additionally, farmers continue to receive honorary Samman Nidhi funds as part of the government’s welfare initiatives.
Ladli Behna Yojana Funds to Reach Beneficiaries Before Diwali
An important announcement for women came under the Ladli Behna Yojana, with funds to be distributed to beneficiaries before the upcoming Diwali festival. This scheme aims to provide financial assistance and empower women across the state.
Support for Indigenous Cow Rearing & Cultural Celebrations
Under the Gopalan Gaushala Yojana, the government will provide grants of up to ₹10 lakh for projects worth ₹40 lakh dedicated to rearing 25 indigenous cows. This initiative encourages sustainable dairy farming and rural employment.
The state will also celebrate Govardhan Puja with grandeur, promoting cultural heritage alongside development.
Continuous Development Under PM Modi’s Leadership
Dr. Yadav praised the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, acknowledging that the state’s development projects, including the development of Lord Shri Krishna Path, are progressing well.
A significant project worth over ₹100 crore is slated for inauguration in Orchha on October 15th, with simultaneous development activities ongoing in Chitrakoot.
