Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will hand over appointment letters to 1,060 newly appointed employees of Madhya Pradesh’s power companies at a grand state-level function on August 26, 2025, at 12 noon at Ravindra Bhawan, Bhopal.
The event is being organized by the Energy Department of Madhya Pradesh, and will also feature a special felicitation of the Chief Minister for approving 51,711 new permanent posts in the reorganized structure of state power companies.
Selections Made Through Transparent Recruitment Process
According to officials, candidates were selected for various posts through competitive exams conducted via MP Online. The newly appointed personnel will serve in different units of the Energy Department, covering technical, administrative, medical, and legal roles.
The selected positions include:
- Electrical & Civil Engineers
- Accounting Officers
- IT Managers & Assistant Law Officers
- Line Attendants & Security Officers
Medical and Paramedical Staff (Pharmacists, ANMs, Lab Technicians, Nurses, Radiographers, ECG Technicians)
Publicity Officers & Chemists
Energy Minister Reviews Final Preparations
Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar chaired a review meeting on Monday at the Ministry, inspecting the event preparations personally. He directed that all arrangements be completed on time and in coordination with concerned departments.
Additional Chief Secretary (Energy) Neeraj Mandloi provided a detailed overview of the arrangements, while MD, Power Management Company Avinash Lavania, and MD, Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Kshitij Singhal were also present.
Families Invited; Exhibition & Discussions Planned
In a bid to make the event more inclusive, family members of the selected youth have also been invited to witness the celebration.
The event will also feature:
- An exhibition showcasing achievements of state power companies
- Dialogues with employee unions focused on staff welfare and improving consumer services
The program underscores the state government’s commitment to employment generation, employee welfare, and infrastructure modernization in the energy sector.
