MP: CM Mohan Yadav Honors Meritorious Students of Phool Mali Samaj, Announces Massive Recruitment Drive For 1 Lakh Govt Posts

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Sunday said that children are the invaluable heritage of the nation and it is the government’s responsibility to nurture their inherent talents. He emphasized that the youth and children play a crucial role in driving the country forward on the path of development.

Speaking at the 160th State-Level Pratibha Samman Samaroh of the Phool Mali Samaj at Hindi Bhavan in Bhopal, Dr. Yadav said, “The government stands with children at every step, ensuring their education and securing their future. Scholarships are being provided from primary to higher education, and employment opportunities are also being created.”

Recruitment on a Large Scale

The Chief Minister announced that the state government will recruit one lakh candidates in the near future, while a total of 2.5 lakh government posts will be filled in the next five years. Police recruitment is also underway, with 7,500 posts announced this year. A separate Police Recruitment Board will be constituted, and over the next three years, 7,500 vacancies will be filled annually to ensure all posts in the police department are occupied.

Boost to Phool Mali Community

Highlighting the contribution of the Phool Mali Samaj, Dr. Yadav said that the community has established a unique identity through dedication and hard work. He noted that members of the community have excelled not only in the state but across the country and abroad. “Honoring such talented individuals is a matter of pride for us,” he added.

The Chief Minister also stressed the government’s commitment to promoting floriculture and horticulture. He recalled that attractive prizes for flower decoration were announced on Janmashtami in Shri Krishna temples, underlining the government’s effort to encourage the traditional skills of the community.

Commitment to Inclusive Development

Dr. Yadav reiterated the government’s focus on education, employment, and promotion of traditional arts such as Pushpa Bangar. He assured that no section of society would be left behind in the development journey under the principle of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas.

At the event, Dr. Yadav felicitated meritorious students of the Phool Mali Samaj who excelled in various examinations, presenting them with certificates and honor funds. He also assured full support for the construction of community Dharamshalas and praised the society for its contributions in cultural and social activities.

The program was attended by State Minister for Scheduled Caste Welfare Mrs. Krishna Gaur, MLA Shri Suryavanshi, Shri Ravindra Yatiji, Shri Harinam Shrimali, Mrs. Nati, Shri Geeta Prasad, and other prominent community representatives, along with a large gathering of students.
