Ratlam, MP: The much-anticipated “MP Rise 2025” Conclave kicked off in Ratlam on Friday, with Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav inaugurating the event and delivering a series of impactful announcements aimed at promoting youth employment, industrial growth, and regional development.
During the inauguration, CM Yadav announced that 21,718 aspiring youth have received offer letters under the Yuva Sangam Program, led by the MSME and Technical Education Skill Development and Employment Department.
He also presided over the virtual transfer of Rs 425 crore in financial assistance to 140 industrial units via a single-click initiative facilitated by the Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion.

Industry Development Gets a Major Push
In a significant move for the state’s industrial landscape, Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration of 47 MSME units took place, further reflecting the state’s push to become a manufacturing and innovation hub. CM Yadav emphasized a unique model — wherever the conclave is held, the government ensures simultaneous industrial inaugurations and foundation-laying ceremonies.
“This conclave is a unique effort to prepare new entrepreneurs. Our goal is to empower youth by connecting them to industry and creating more employment opportunities,” said CM Yadav during his address.
Statewide Development Highlights from the Conclave
Some of the key achievements and announcements at the “MP Rise 2025” Conclave include:
- Rs 425 crore financial aid transferred to 140 industrial units by the Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion.
- Rs 269 crore distributed to 880 MSME units by the MSME Department.
- Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration of 16 new industrial areas (to be developed at a cost of Rs 242 crore on 329 hectares).
- Inauguration and Bhoomi Pujan of 10 state clusters and Alirajpur CFC, worth Rs 104 crore on 73.43 hectares.
- New DTIC offices inaugurated in Niwari, Agar Malwa, and Raisen.
- Bhoomi Pujan for Semri Kankar industrial area, Mandsaur, to be developed at Rs 61.26 crore on 80.26 hectares.
- Development projects worth Rs 202 crore inaugurated in Ratlam district.
- Rs 3,861 crore in loan and grant assistance disbursed to over 4 lakh beneficiaries across the state, in a single-click transfer.
- Letter of Intent issued to SRF Group for industrial land allotment.
- Banking Sector Recognized for MSME Support
- The event also saw recognition of outstanding performers in MSME credit and support.
- Taran Singh Jeera from Central Bank was honored for his exceptional work in facilitating MSME self-employment loans.
Bank of Baroda and Bank of India were also recognized for their contribution.
