MTNL Updates Compliance Officer and RTA Details for Q3 FY26, Ensuring SEBI Compliance

New Delhi: Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL), the state-owned telecom enterprise, has disclosed its Compliance Officer and Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) details for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This step ensures transparency and adherence to corporate governance norms for investors and stakeholders.

Compliance Officer Appointment

For Q3 FY 2025-26, Ratan Mani Sumit serves as MTNL’s Compliance Officer. Mr. Sumit is a qualified Company Secretary (ACS 15193) and has been holding this position since March 1, 2023. As Compliance Officer, he is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, ensuring that MTNL’s operations align with SEBI rules, and facilitating transparent reporting practices.

Registrar & Transfer Agent Details

The company’s Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) continues to be Beetal Financial & Computer Services (P) Ltd, appointed on May 7, 2015. No changes were reported in the RTA position during the quarter. The RTA manages shareholders’ records, facilitates the smooth transfer of shares, and ensures timely communication of corporate actions to investors.

Regulatory Compliance and SEBI Disclosures

This disclosure fulfills MTNL’s obligations under Regulation 6 and 7 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The company submitted the information to both BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 500108) and the National Stock Exchange of India (Symbol: MTNL) for official record.
