In a collaborative move to enhance technical capabilities and knowledge-sharing in infrastructure development, NBCC (India) Limited, in association with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Academy, organized a specialized training initiative titled “Blueprints to Brilliance – Civil Engineering Mastery Programme.”

The program is designed to help NBCC leverage DMRC Academy’s specialized courses in areas such as project management, advanced engineering technologies, and metro rail systems. The initiative marks a significant step toward knowledge exchange and capacity-building in the infrastructure and construction sectors, particularly in high-precision domains like metro rail projects.

DMRC Academy, the training arm of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, is a reputed institution known for its expertise in urban transit systems. It regularly offers training programs not only for Indian metro systems but also for international projects. DMRC itself operates the Delhi Metro and Noida Metro, and plays a vital role in the planning, implementation, and advisory services for metro, monorail, and high-speed rail projects across India and overseas.

NBCC (India) Ltd., a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, is a key player in India’s infrastructure and construction ecosystem. Its operations span three core segments: Project Management Consultancy (PMC) — including redevelopment of government properties, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), and Real Estate Development.

The Civil Engineering Mastery Programme is expected to deepen technical collaboration between the two organizations and equip NBCC’s professionals with cutting-edge skills required for managing large-scale, high-efficiency infrastructure projects.

The initiative also reflects a broader push by public sector enterprises to embrace continuous learning and cross-institutional cooperation to meet the growing demands of urban infrastructure development in India.
