The second contract, worth Rs 81.35 crore, involves providing project management consultancy services for the construction of new hostel and dining facilities, along with other infrastructure at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Visakhapatnam.
These new contracts come on the heels of several other recent wins, collectively valued at Rs 405 crore, covering multiple locations including Delhi, Odisha, and Uttar Pradesh.
