New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Limited has sold 1,185 residential units for ₹1,504.69 crore through an e-auction at the Aspire Dream Valley project in Greater Noida (West).
In a statement, the company said the high-stakes auction received an overwhelming response, with bids significantly exceeding the reserve price.
NBCC noted that the proceeds will help mitigate funding needs for ongoing projects, including loan repayments, and will play a vital role in completing stalled Amrapali projects, helping many homebuyers realise their dream of owning a home.
