NEEPCO Hosts NTPC Director (HR) to Strengthen HR Collaboration and Organisational Synergy

High-level NTPC delegation engages with NEEPCO officials to enhance knowledge sharing, HR best practices, and inter-PSU cooperation in the power sector.

New Delhi: North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO) welcomed Mr. Anil Kumar Jadli, Director (HR), NTPC Limited, along with a senior delegation, during a special visit aimed at deepening cooperation and sharing HR best practices between the two major power sector PSUs. The visit took place on 23rd November 2025 and marked a significant step toward enhancing collaboration in organizational development, human resources, and capacity-building initiatives.

High-Level Delegation from NTPC Visits NEEPCO

Mr. Jadli was accompanied by Mr. Samiran S. Ray, Chief General Manager, and Mr. Manoj Panda, Assistant General Manager (HR), reflecting NTPC’s strong emphasis on strengthening partnerships with fellow energy sector organizations. The delegation interacted with various HR teams at NEEPCO and reviewed ongoing initiatives undertaken to support employee welfare and organizational efficiency.

Major General Mr. R. K. Jha, AVSM (Retd.), Director (Personnel) at NEEPCO, delivered a detailed presentation highlighting NEEPCO’s HR framework, employee development initiatives, and organizational culture-building activities.

Strengthening Inter-PSU Collaboration

The meeting provided both organizations with fresh perspectives on enhancing operational synergy. The exchange paved the way for future collaborations in training programs, HR policy design, leadership development, and best-practice sharing across departments.

Both NEEPCO and NTPC officials acknowledged the importance of strong institutional partnerships in meeting national power sector goals and improving workforce capabilities.
