Davos, Switzerland: NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to develop renewable energy and green hydrogen projects in the state. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting 2026 in Davos, Switzerland, reinforcing India’s commitment to a clean energy transition and sustainable growth initiatives.
