Manoj Dubey and Kishore Kumar Hota have been appointed as Chief General Managers (CGMs), further strengthening the company’s executive leadership team as it scales renewable energy operations across India.
Manoj Dubey: Veteran Engineer with Deep Operational Expertise
Manoj Dubey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Manufacturing Engineering, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management. With over 35 years of experience in India’s power sector, Dubey brings a robust blend of technical and managerial acumen to NTPC Green. His diverse portfolio is expected to contribute significantly to operational planning and project execution in the green energy vertical.
Kishore Kumar Hota: Fuel and Operations Specialist
Kishore Kumar Hota, a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance, underlining his cross-functional strengths. Hota has over 35 years of rich experience in operations and fuel management, making him a strategic asset for NTPC Green as it accelerates energy transition projects across solar, wind, and hybrid platforms.

These appointments are part of NTPC Green’s broader effort to build a capable, experienced leadership pipeline as the company targets aggressive renewable capacity expansion in line with India’s net-zero commitments.
