New Delhi: NTPC Kanti has been honoured with the Global Water Tech Award 2025 by the Global Energy and Environment Foundation (GEEF) for its outstanding efforts in water efficiency and sustainable transformation. The award was presented at the Global Water Tech Summit in New Delhi on August 29, 2025.
Recognition for Water Sustainability
The award, conferred under the category “Industrial Water Efficiency & Sustainable Transformation Initiative of the Year”, highlights NTPC Kanti’s commitment to innovative and sustainable water management practices. Supported by the Ministry of Jal Shakti, the recognition celebrates the company’s effective initiatives in driving conservation and responsible water usage.
The award was received by Shri Yogesh Singla, AGM (EEMG), MTPS Kanti, from Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood, Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India, during the summit.
