The Maharatna PSU, National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), has been honoured with three prestigious accolades at the Economic Times (ETHRWorld) Future Skills Awards 2024. The awards are:
- Best Use of AI/AR/VR in Learning & Upskilling – Gold;
- Best Advance in Creating an Extended Enterprise Learning Program—Gold;
- Best Use of Games or Simulations in L&D: Silver.
These coveted awards recognize the PSU’s outstanding innovation and achievement in workplace learning. The awards were presented to NTPC’s Chief General Manager (Strategic HR & Talent Management & Head PMI), Ms. Rachana Singh Bhal, General Manager (RLI Sipat), Mr. Alok Kumar Tripathi, and General Manager (Strategic HR & Talent Management, COE-HR), Mr. Chandramauli S Jangbahadur along with other officials, at a distinguished ceremony in Gurugram.
