The Government of Odisha’s General Administration & Public Grievance Department announced several new appointments and transfers of IAS officers across various departments and districts in the state on Wednesday. Bijay Ketan Upadhyaya, currently Secretary of the Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack, has been appointed as Director of Odia Language, Literature & Culture, with additional charge as Director of Odisha Paribar. Ashish Thakare, Collector & DM of Balasore, has been named Secretary of the Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack. Dilip Routrai, the current Director of Odia Language, Literature & Culture, will now serve as Collector & DM of Bhadrak.
Kamal Lochan Mishra, Collector & DM of Nabarangpur, has been appointed as Executive Director of Odisha State Disaster Management Authority. Nikhil Pavan Kalyan, Collector & DM of Jajpur, is now Director of Soil Conservation and Watershed Development, Odisha, Bhubaneswar. Bijay Kumar Dash, Commissioner of Cuttack Municipal Corporation, with additional charge of Vice Chairman of Cuttack Development Authority, has been appointed as Collector & DM of Gajapati. Smruti Ranjan Pradhan, Collector & DM of Gajapati, has been transferred to the same role in Kendrapara.
Swadha Dev Singh, Collector & DM of Nayagarh, has been appointed as Additional Secretary to Government, PR & DW Department. Parul Patawari, State Project Director of OSEPA, with additional charge of Member Secretary of Mo School, will serve as Collector & DM of Rayagada. Amrit Ruturaj, Collector & DM of Dhenkanal, has been appointed as Collector & DM of Kandhamal. Siddeshwar Baliram Bondar, Collector & DM of Bhadrak, is now Collector & DM of Sambalpur. Dattatraya Bhausaheb Shinde, Collector & DM of Mayurbhanj, has been appointed as Collector & DM of Cuttack. Hema Kanta Say, Collector & DM of Nuapada, will take over as Collector & DM of Mayurbhanj.
Anvesha Reddy, Collector & DM of Kalahandi, has been named Collector & DM of Jajpur. Ashish Ishwar Patil, Collector & DM of Kandhamal, has been appointed as Collector & DM of Malkangiri. Somesh Kumar Upadhyay, Collector & DM of Deogarh, will now serve as Collector & DM of Dhenkanal. Subhankar Mohapatra, Director of Rural Development, has been appointed as Collector & DM of Nabarangpur. Suryawanshi Mayur Vikas, Collector & DM of Kendrapara, has been named Collector & DM of Balasore. J Sonal, Collector & DM of Boudh, will serve as Collector & DM of Jagatsinghpur. Pawar Sachin Prakash, Collector & DM of Malkangiri, has been appointed as Collector & DM of Kalahandi. Akshay Sunil Agrawal, Collector & DM of Sambalpur, has been named Collector & DM of Nayagarh.
Manoj Satyawan Mahajan, Collector & DM of Rayagada, will now serve as Collector & DM of Sundargarh. Kabindra Kumar Sahu, Executive Director (Land) at Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd., has been transferred to the role of Collector & DM of Deogarh. Madhusudan Dash, Special Secretary to Government, Odia Language, Literature and Culture Department, has been appointed as Collector & DM of Nuapada. Subrat Kumar Panda, Special Secretary to Government, Rural Development Department, has been named Collector & DM of Boudh. These appointments, signed by Additional Secretary to Government Manoj Kumar Mohanty, are part of the government’s ongoing efforts to ensure efficient administration and governance across the state.
