Mr. Vishal Dev (1996 batch IAS), the incumbent Principal Secretary in the Finance and Energy Departments and the Chairman of GRIDCO was mandated to take up additional charge as Principal Secretary in the Department of Electronics and Information Technology, a week after IRTS Manoj Kumar (2000 batch) resigned from the post.
