Amritsar: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has entered into a strategic partnership with the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide customised salary and banking products for SGPC employees. The agreement is aimed at offering tailored PNB Salary Account products to staff working across Gurdwaras, hospitals, schools, and other institutions managed by SGPC.
MoU Signing Ceremony in Amritsar
The MoU signing ceremony was held in Amritsar in the presence of senior officials from both organisations. The event was attended by Amritabh Anand, Zonal Manager – Amritsar, and Krishna Kumar, Circle Head – Amritsar, representing Punjab National Bank. SGPC was represented by S. Partap Singh, Secretary of the Committee. Senior officials from PNB and SGPC were also present during the ceremony.

Tailored Salary and Banking Products
Under the agreement, PNB will offer specialised salary account products designed to meet the unique financial needs of SGPC employees. The initiative will help simplify payroll management while ensuring reliable and efficient banking support for a large and diverse workforce.
