Focus on Long-Pending Matters and Digitalisation
The Special Campaign 5.0 targets a wide range of pending matters, including references from Members of Parliament, communications from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and inter-ministerial bodies, public grievances, and Parliamentary assurances. Regular reporting and close monitoring have been put in place to ensure transparency and timely execution.
The Power Ministry is also focusing on digitalisation, process simplification, and e-waste disposal to improve governance and promote sustainability across its offices and public sector enterprises.
Driving Clean, Efficient, and Responsive Governance
Building on the momentum of previous campaigns, the Ministry of Power aims to set new national benchmarks in administrative efficiency and cleanliness. With a renewed focus on sustainability and public service delivery, the ministry reaffirmed its commitment to the vision of a clean, efficient, and citizen-centric government machinery.
This drive forms part of a larger national effort to bring measurable improvements in the functioning of government offices, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for Swachh Bharat and minimum government, maximum governance.
