The achievement reinforces POWERGRID’s long-standing reputation for operational excellence and reliability in India’s power transmission sector.
Consistent Excellence Over Three Decades
With this latest recognition, POWERGRID has continued its unmatched record of maintaining an ‘Excellent’ MoU rating every year since FY 1993–94, when it signed its first performance agreement with the Government of India. This consistency over more than three decades highlights the company’s strong governance framework, efficient project execution, and sustained focus on performance improvement.
