New Delhi: Prabhat Kumar, a senior officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), has been transferred from East Central Railway (ECR) to Central Railway and appointed as the Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM).
The transfer was issued on February 12, 2026, moving him from his previous role as Principal Chief Operations Manager (PCOM) of ECR.
