Senior IAS officer Vijoy Kumar Singh, who is serving as Special Chief Secretary to CM Punjab, has been given additional charge. According to the order issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Verma, Mr. Singh will now take charge as Special Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Cooperation in place of Mr. K. Sinha.
Let it be noted that Mr. Singh has recently been repatriated from central deputation to home cadre. After that, he has been given the charge of Special Secretary. He is an IAS officer of 1990 batch and Punjab cadre.
