Punjab: The Punjab Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, has taken a significant step to simplify business processes for small traders and entrepreneurs by launching the Punjab Trade Commission. The commission aims to minimize bureaucratic hurdles and provide faster resolutions to issues faced by businesses, strengthening the state’s economy in the process.
Key Objective: Simplifying Business Operations
Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema emphasized that the main objective of this initiative is to ease the approval processes and clearances required by businesses. By minimizing the need for traders to make multiple trips to various offices, the Punjab government aims to create a more efficient and business-friendly environment.
“The commission will address complaints and issues of traders in a timely manner, ensuring that the business community can focus on growth without unnecessary delays. This will contribute significantly to the state’s economy,” Cheema said.
