New Delhi: RailTel Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Indian Railways, has secured a ₹63.9 crore work order from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD).
The project involves the design, implementation, and 5-year operations and maintenance (O&M) support of an ICT network. The work is scheduled to be completed by May 12, 2031, according to the official filing with stock exchanges.
Scope of Work
The order covers –
- ICT network design and implementation
- Operations and Maintenance support for five years
Officials highlighted that the project will strengthen the ICT infrastructure and enable efficient network management for government operations.
